Information we use

A submitted brand’s name, logo, website, backing total and arena statistics are displayed publicly. We store purchase references, product identifiers, amounts, currencies, verification status and refund information to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate credit.

We use an essential browser session cookie, lasting up to 24 hours, to associate a browser with its purchases and live connections. The server stores a hash of the session token. Browser session storage keeps pending checkout references for recovery. Clearing browser data can prevent you from viewing a previous purchase’s status; retain your receipt for support.

IP addresses are used for request limits and may appear in hosting access or security logs. We record aggregate visit counts and deduplicated website clicks. We do not add third-party advertising or analytics scripts to the arena.

Payments and other websites

Payment and billing details are entered directly into Dodo’s hosted checkout. Our application does not collect or store full card numbers or security codes. Dodo processes payment information under its privacy policy. We use payment verification and webhook services to obtain the information needed to deliver and reconcile purchases.

Brand links lead to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. Opening them shares information with those websites according to your browser’s settings.

Storage and requests

Our hosting and payment providers process information to operate the service. Records and protected backups are retained as needed for delivery, support, security, reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Public brand content remains until it is removed or the service ends. Contact us to request access, correction or removal; records needed for unresolved payments or legal obligations may need to be retained.
